Conference program

 

Timetable of the main events:

The scientific program of the Conference includes plenary lectures (max 40 min), oral (max 15 min) and poster presentations.

Please send a Word version of your abstract and indicate if you would prefer an oral presentation or a poster . 

 

Oral presentations and posters:

The main Conference room will be equipped with a range of AV facilities. 

For the oral presentations, the participants are adviced to prepare the Power Point presentations and to send them to the organizers at least one week prior to the ICCE 2014.

Posters will be displayed in a large lobby situated immediately adjacent to the Conference rooms. Set-up time: 09:00, removal at 18:30 at the specific day. The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 120 cm high. Fixing material will be provided.
